1. To add more strong and sharp reflection, I create several object at model surrounding. You can use any object you want, sphere, box, plane, etc. Here I use 2 vertical box in fornt of car and 1 box on top of car. The idea is that these objects will create reflections on car surface. Apply this object with VRayLightMtl. Here I use Color amount=2.VRayLightMtl will make objects acts like a light source. Please note that the size and distance of object will affect the result. You can experiment by yourself. Bigger objects tends to lit the scene more (more GI bounces). And far objects tends to give less brightness to the scene (because of decay)
2. Select dome light. In Modify tab, reduce the multiplier to 5. Open Render window. In Renderer tab, go to Indirect Illumination rollout. Set Primary Bounces Multiplier=1 Because we add more object light, we need to reduce the overall brightness of the scene.
