1. First, download file here. In this file you can find sample of finished file (FLA & SWF), bitmap for background, and sample of sound file. Open new document in Flash. Import bitmap file (bg.jpg) using File>Import>Import to Stage. Then create another layer. In this new layer, draw a square above the image and fill with read color. Make sure the width is larger than the document size.
2. Draw a curvy line like image below using Pencil Tool. Use Pencil Mode=Smooth.
3. Next, delete fill color below the line. Then delete all strokes. In top layer, create keyframes in frame 10 and 60. To create keyframe, just select frame and press F6 In bottom layer, insert frames until frame 60. To insert frames, just select frame 60, and press F6 Activate Selection Tool. Move cursor near the bottom center of object. When cursor is changing like image below, click and drag down to stretch. The result is like left image in step number 4.
4. Select keyframe in frame 60. Use Free Transform Tool to select bottom part of object. Strecth down to lengthen the blood effect..
5. Repeat the same process by selecting and stretching the left and right part of object..
6. When finished, you'll have something like image below.
