This tutorial needs you to understand basic use of 3dsmax.
In Part 1 tutorial you have created part of iron man face. Now, you are going to add more polygons and creating cheek and jaw. Keyword you need to remind here is patient. Creating one by one polygon at a time require a lot of patience.
1. Activate Edge selection. Select several edges like image below. Use Ctrl+click to select more that one edge. In Right viewport, Shift+drag to create polygon like image in the middle. Then in Front viewport, move edges a little bit to the right.

2. Change to Vertex selection. In Right viewport, move vertices to match blueprint (left image below).Change to Polygon selection. In Edit Geometry rollout, click Create button. Then click in vertices in sequence (for example: 1-2-3-1) to create new polygon. There are 2 polygons you need to create (middle image below). Before you create polygons using Create, be sure to activate 3D snap toggle. This feature will make help you to create polygons precisely at vertices. Then, in Front viewport, adjust vertices position.

3. Select one edge, and Shif+drag to add more polygon. Using Create, add one more polygon (most right image).

4. To make the jaw, select several edges near the cheek area (total of 5 edges). You need to select in Perspective viewport. Then, use Shif+drag in Left viewport to create more polygons..

5. Adjust vertices position.like image below.

6. Select all vertical edges below eye area (7 edges). In Edit Edges rollout, use Connect to divide polygons. Use Connect again to all vertical edges at nose area. And In Right viewport, adjust vertices

7. To make the chin, select two edges like image below in Right viewport (left image). Shift+drag to add polygons (middle image). Adjust vertices. Use Target Weld to combine vertices..

8. More Shift+drag to add polygons. Adjust vertices position in Right and Front viewport.

9. Use Create to add new polygons (left image). Then use Connect Settings to add 3 segments edges (right image)..

10. One by one fill the hole with new polygons (Use Create).

11. Adjust vertices position (bottom part). Right image below shows your iron man model so far.
