1. Rotate view, until you can see the engine compartment. Select several vertical edges there. Remember to select at left and right side. Apply Connect. Cut at left and right side at vertices shown in image below. Then select polygon, and apply slight Extrusion. (Extrusion Height = -1).
2.Next, we are going to modify area near the side mirror. Here's what you have to do. Target Weld vertex 1 to 2. Then, Cut from vertex 3 to 2.
3. Select polygons at front glass, side glass, rear lamps, and gas intake. Apply Extrude with negative value, I use -1.
4. Select edges like image below. You can select one edge and then click Ring in Selection rollout. Apply Connect Settings.Adjust slide value, until you can get somehing like image below. When rendered, you'll see sharp edges.
