1. In Right viewport, create a cylinder. Use Radius=11, and Height=-135.
2. Convert cylinder into Editable Poly. (1) Select polygon at cap (2) Apply Bevel. (3) Apply Extrude. (4) Apply Bevel again. (5) Extrude (6) Finally Bevel again.
3. (1) Apply Extrude. Make it a little bit long. (2) Select several polygons at four directions like image below. (3) Extrude selected polygons. (4) Select vertices, and use Select and Uniform Scale Tool.
4. In Top viewport, create small cylinder. Use Radius=3, and Height=50, Height Segments=3, and Sides=6. Convert cylinder into Editable Poly. Modify vertices. First, move vertices at the middle up. Select two rows of upper vertices. Resize using Select And Uniform Scale Tool. Move selected vertices down a little bit..
5. Turn off all sub object selection. Clone small cylinder.
6. Select all engine objects. To create other half of engine, you can use Mirror Tool (Tools>Mirror). Use Mirror Axis=Y and Clone Selection=Copy. Adjust Offset value to make the engine fit the blueprint. Arrange small cylinder position so they do not intersect each other.
7. When finished, yu can attach all engine part as one. Select one object and in Edit Geometry rollout, click Attach button and click other object. When finished, place the engine at its place.
