1. Create a box in Top viewport. Set Length=48, Width=106, Height=50, Length Segs=7, Width Segs=3. Apply with transparent material, and position like image below. Convert box into Editable Poly. Modify vertices like image below.
2. Activate Polygon selection. Select polygons at left side of box. Extrude these polygons. Modify vertices position. Select polygons at the middle top. Apply Extrude with negative value..
3. (1) Select polygon at the middle, and apply Extrude (negative value). (2). In Top viewport, modify vertice position at corners. (3) Select polygons like image below. (4) Apply Extrude.
4. (1) Select vertices like image below and move them down. (2) Back to Polygon selection, apply Inset. (3) Apply Extrude. (4) In Top viewport, modify vertices position to match blueprint..
5. Rotate view until you can see the other side of box, (1) Select polygons. (2) Apply Inset. (3) Apply Bevel. (4) Apply Extrude
