1. In Top viewport, zoom in the area shown in left image below. Use Target Weld to combine vertices (from vertex 1 to 2)
2. Next step is creating the glass window. In Top viewport, select several edges like image below. You must select edges at rear also. Shift+drag up to create new polygons. Weld vertices shown in red dots.
3. In Top and Left viewport, adjust vertices position to match blueprint..
4. Add more edges by dividing several horizontal edges using Connect.
5. Image below show finished model up to this point.
